How the big boys do....

These are a great couple of videos which leads me nicely into my article tomorrow about the size of rugby players and the role fitness and conditioning plays. These seem like two that take their match fitness pretty seriously and it is refreshing to see front row forwards not just doing one rep max of bench, squat and deadlift, then leaving the gym to devour two tonnes of Nandos.
